Cultivate the art of simplicity
Putting the spotlight on local products
Halfway between the elegance of Toqué! and the conviviality of Brasserie T!, Beau Mont offers a simple and tasty market cuisine featuring traceable seasonal products, fresh vegetables and refined preparations while acting as a showcase for small Quebec artisan-producers. The open kitchen allows you to admire the painstaking work of the brigade. The menu will be constantly evolving to adapt to the seasons and respect the capacity of local producers.
Inspiring people to see beyond the plate
Opening fall 2019
In addition to the restaurant, a grocery counter will open its doors in the fall allowing consumers to bring home the high quality local products found in Signé Toqué's restaurants.
Designed by Sid Lee Architecture, the restaurant welcomes 80 guests in a modern and refined atmosphere. Among the key elements of the decor, you will find two impressive storerooms: one for wine and another for aging meat. An impressive work of art by Dominique Malaterre recalls the raw state of the ingredients used in the kitchen.
