Halfway between the elegance of restaurant Toqué! and the conviviality of Brasserie T!, Beau Mont offers a simple and tasty market cuisine featuring traceable seasonal products, fresh vegetables and refined preparations while acting as a showcase for small Quebec artisan-producers. At the bar or in the main dining room, you can taste our menu which will be constantly evolving wih the seasons and respect local producers capacity.

The space

Designed by Sid Lee Architecture, the restaurant welcomes 80 guests in a modern and refined atmosphere. Among the key elements of the decor, you will find two impressive storerooms: one for wine and another for aging meat. An impressive work of art by Dominique Malaterre recalls the raw state of the ingredients used in the kitchen.
