Inspiring people to see beyond the plate
Designed by Sid Lee Architecture, the restaurant welcomes 80 guests in a modern and refined atmosphere. Among the key elements of the decor, you will find two impressive storerooms: one for wine and another for aging meat. An impressive work of art by Dominique Malaterre recalls the raw state of the ingredients used in the kitchen.
